A WAFI gift voucher is the perfect gift for any occasion. Valid at all WAFI outlets, they can be purchased at our Customer Service desks.

Wheel chairs are available on a complementary basis from our Customer Service desks.
Baby strollers are also available on a complementary basis from our Customer Service desks. For other children's services and entertainment visit our dedicated kids section.
Wireless internet connection services: WAFI offers iZone WiFi hotspots at many of our cafes, allowing fast and reliable wireless internet connection.
Emirates Post box is located at main entrance near the ground parking area.
Public telephone booths are located at the Nile Mezzanine floor (near Red Crescent kiosk) and at the link to Raffles and the mall.
Automatic teller machines (ATMs): Located in the ground and first level of the mall and also at Souk Khan Murjan.
Currency exchange and money transfer services: Available at Al Ansari Exchange, opposite the Segafredo Zanetti Espresso cafe on the ground floor.
Etisalat bill paying kiosk: enjoy the convenience of making your Etisalat bill payments via our dedicated kiosk, located on the first floor of Colonnade near WAFI Gourmet.
Police fine paying kiosk: pay your police fines at the police fine paying kiosk, also located near the ATMs on the first level near The Square.
Separate prayer rooms for ladies and gentlemen are located in Nile and Falcon.

A complimentary luggage service is available at WAFI's Customer Service desks during opening hours. Unfortunately shopping bags cannot be stored overnight.
Car wash services are available on all parking levels for a small fee. Request this service from the car cleaning staff in the car parks, or at a Customer Service desk.
