Parking at Wafi
- Wafi has more than 1,000 covered parking bays with direct access to entrances.
- Parking aisles are electronically monitored for spaces and individually barricaded when full for your convenience.
- Valet parking is available at all main entrances to Wafi; the standard price is Dhs 20.
- VIP Royal parking is available at the main Atrium entrance.
- Parking for guests with a disability is available at clearly designated spots in our carparks.
Getting Around Wafi
- Electronic directories are located throughout Wafi, as well as printed directories, to help guide you.
- Shuttle service: available to guests with limited mobility, this service operates between the car parks and entrances.
- Baby strollers and wheel chairs are available on a complementary basis from our customer service desks.
Communications Services
- Wireless internet connection services: Wafi offers iZone WiFi hotspots at many of our cafes, allowing fast and reliable wireless internet connection. WiFi connections are available at Caribou Coffee, Elements Cafe, Starbucks Grano Coffee.
- Emirates Post boxes are located at main Atrium entrance, and stamps can be purchased at the main customer service desks.
- Photocopy and fax services are available at the main customer service desks. Local faxes are free and a small fee is charged for international faxes and photocopy services.
- Mobile phone recharging is available on a complementary basis at the main customer service desks. Wafi provides a universal recharger, compatible with most brands of mobile phone.
Financial Services
- Automatic teller machines (ATMs) are located on the first floor close to The Square.
- Currency exchange and money transfer services are available at Al Ansari Exchange, opposite the Segafredo Zanetti Espresso cafe on the ground floor.
- Etisalat bill paying kiosk: enjoy the convenience of making your Etisalat bill payments via our dedicated kiosk, located with the ATMs.
- Police fine paying kiosk: pay your police fines at the police fine paying kiosk, also located with the ATMs.
Prayer Rooms
- Separate prayer rooms for ladies and gentlemen are located in Nile and Falcon.
Gift Vouchers
- A Wafi gift voucher is the perfect gift for any occasion. These vouchers are valid at all Wafi outlets and can be purchased at the customer service desks. Form more information about vouchers dominations, please call Customer Service on +971 4 324 4555. Large corporate orders can be placed through the Marketing Department.
Other Services
- Lost and found assistance is provided at the customer service desks. If you have misplaced an article at Wafi, please call Customer Service on +971 4 324 4555.
- Ladies and gentlemen’s restrooms are located in all areas.
- Luggage storage: this complementary service is available at Wafi's customer service desks during opening hours. Unfortunately shopping bags cannot be stored overnight.
- Car wash services are available on all parking levels for a small fee. Request this service from the car cleaning staff in the carparks, or at a customer service desk..
