FACILITIES

We provide a wide range of facilities to meet the needs and requirements of our visitors.

Customer services

You will find our Customer Service desks at key locations throughout WAFI.

From information about our stores and restaurants, to helping you to find that special gift or keeping you up-to-date on events and promotions at WAFI, our Customer Service staff will be delighted to assist you.

Gift vouchers

A WAFI gift voucher is the perfect gift for any occasion. Valid at selected WAFI outlets, they can be purchased at our Customer Service desks.

Large corporate orders can be placed through the Marketing Department on marketing@wafi.com.

Kids’ Services

Baby changing areas are conveniently located and designed for the comfort of you and your baby. Baby strollers are also available on a complementary basis from our Customer Service desks.

Getting around WAFI

Printed directories can be found at WAFI’s Customer Service desks and signage is located throughout the site to help guide you. You can also download our Store Map (PDF) here.

Wheel chairs are available on a complementary basis from our Customer Service desks.

Communication services

WAFI offers complimentary high-speed WiFi throughout the site. Sign in using your details and browse at ease.

Emirates Post box is located at main entrance near the ground parking area.

Public telephone booths are located on the mezzanine floor near the Red Crescent kiosk and at the link connecting to Raffles Dubai.

Amenities

Carrefour, one of the leading French hypermarkets chains provides the best quality and a diverse selection of products, where shoppers are able to purchase items for their every need.

DU telecom is available for on-the-spot services to all residents and tourists alike.

Minutes is available for convenience solutions such as repairs, engraving, stitching and more.

Spread across three floors, WAFI serves its customers with administrative solutions from renowned service providers such as VFS Dubai and Dubai Courts.

Financial Services

Automatic teller machines (ATMs):
Located on the ground, first and second level of WAFI and also at Khan Murjan Souk.

Currency exchange and money transfer services:
Available at Al Ansari Exchange, on the ground floor near Carrefour.

Emirates NBD:
The bank is available to provide facilities to customers on the ground floor near Wafi Natural Flowers.

Etisalat bill paying kiosk:
Enjoy the convenience of making your Etisalat bill payments via a dedicated kiosk, located on the first floor near The Square Café.

Dubai Police Payment Machine:
Pay your police fines at the useful payment machine, also located near the ATMs on the first level near The Square Café.

Public Transportation

Visitors can easily access RTA Taxis at our site’s entrances, Dubai Metro at the nearest Dubai Healthcare City station or the RTA bus transportation facilities.

Valet Parking

Our partners provide a convenient valet service at the site’s main entrances at a nominal fee.

Prayer Rooms

Separate prayer rooms for men and women are conveniently located across the site.

Lost Property

Lost and found assistance is provided at our customer service desks. If you have misplaced an article at WAFI, please call Customer Service on +971 4 324 4555.

Other Services

A complimentary luggage service is available at WAFI’s Customer Service desk during opening hours. Unfortunately shopping bags cannot be stored overnight.

Car wash services are available on all parking levels for a minimal fee. Request this service from the car cleaning staff in the car parks.
