Essential Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: This campaign is open to all UAE residents and tourists aged 18 years and above.
• Winner Selection: One (1) lucky participant will be selected as the Grand Prize winner. The winner announcement will be made on 4th November 2026.
• Claiming Your Prize: The winner will be notified via the email address and mobile number provided. If the winner does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, Wafi City reserves the right to withdraw the prize. The prize must be claimed in person at Wafi City within 30 days of the official draw date.
• Rights & Privacy: By participating, the entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to accept these Terms and Conditions. The participant confirms they own the rights to the photograph uploaded and grants Wafi City a perpetual, royalty-free right to use their submitted photographs for promotional and advertising purposes.
